KWG Diamond Sorting Results Pending

Montréal, Québec, Canada - July 10, 2007 - KWG Resources Inc. (TSXV - KWG) has been advised by SGS Lakefield that its report on the results of sampling and diamond analysis of the MacFadyen Kimberlites will be completed shortly.  The SGS Lakefield Project Manager was disabled since late last month due to a non-work related injury and is expected to resume his duties this week. 

As previously reported the diamond sorting stage of the KWG sampling program was also delayed previously by a small fire in the testing facility's caustic dissolution laboratory.
