KWG Announces Extension of Warrants
25 May 2009Montréal, Québec – May 25, 2009 / – KWG Resources Inc. announces that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the amendment of the terms of some of the Company’s outstanding warrants as follows: 2,500,000 warrants expiring in June 2009 have been extended to June 2012; 42,451,923 warrants expiring in October 2009 have been extended to October 2012; and 11,197,325 warrants expiring in October 2009 have been extended to December 2012. All other terms, including the exercise price, remain the same.
